We need a Sales and Administrative Assistant

You will be speaking to potential students, taking enrolments, showing potential students around the studio and running promotions on social media. You will be required to document and create systems. Other duties include staff rostering and communications, class timetables and event management.

Casual – 20hours per week. Monday – Thursday: 2pm – 7pm

Hours may be changed depending on demand, please be flexible. Hours may be increased, potentially to a full time position. There may be the opportunity to work from home when hours increase. Commissions are offered on top of regular wage.

Sales or Marketing experience/qualifications would benefit, but not essential.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

  • In and outbound phone calls, responding to text messages.
  • Social media management, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
  • Emails
  • Taking payments
  • Making bookings
  • Planning timetables and rosters
  • Advertising
  • Weekly reports
  • Event planning and management
  • Membership promotion
  • Data entry
  • Simple Cleaning Tasks

Required:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • System creation and documentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Drivers licence and own transport
  • Sales experience and training
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher)
  • Fast touch typing skills
  • Quick learner at online booking systems and autoresponders

Preferred:

  • Sales and/or Marketing skills, qualifications
  • Autoresponder experience
  • Social media management experience
  • Advertising Experience
  • Event planning/management experience
